Gmail soon no longer invite only
Gmail is no longer exclusive. Anybody with an American cell phone can send an sms message and receive an invite. Soon enough though, it will also be freely available to the rest of the world. If you have an American cell phone, get an activation code here.

And now each gmail member can give out 100 gmail invitations a day. I guess they've come to their full capacity for gmail to take over the world!
